Hoe kan ik betalen op het festival?
We werken met een cashless systeem. Dit betekent dat je overal op het terrein kan betalen met pin; je hoeft dus geen munten meer te kopen.

Mag ik tussendoor van het festivalterrein af?
Dit is helaas niet mogelijk. Zodra je binnen bent kun je alleen naar buiten en weer met een nieuw ticket terug het festivalterrein op.

Hoe oud moet je zijn voor Ra:dius Festival - Kingsday?
De minimum leeftijd voor Ra:dius Festival is 18 jaar.

Is Ra:dius festival overdekt?
Ra:dius Festival vindt voornamelijk plaats in de openlucht op het Radium Terrein in Maastricht. Onze mainstage is wél overdekt. De overige twee stages niet.

Zijn er lockers beschikbaar?
Er zijn kluisjes te huur op Ra:dius Festival. Bestel je locker vooraf in de ticketshop of op de dag zelf op het terrein. De lockers bevinden zich bij de festivalentree.
Er zijn Medium en Large lockers beschikbaar:
Medium lockers kosten € 9,50 (geschikt voor 2 winterjassen)
Large lockers kosten € 12,50 (geschikt voor 3 à 4 winterjassen)

Lost & Found
Ben je iets kwijt of heb je juist iets gevonden dat niet van jou is. Ga dan langs de info balie nabij de lockers. Gevonden voorwerpen worden verzameld en kunnen uitsluitend op dinsdag 28 april afgehaald worden bij de entree van het festival.

Hoe personaliseer ik mijn tickets?
Je ontvangt een e-mail van Weeztix wanneer jouw gekochte kaarten gepersonaliseerd kunnen worden. Het op naam zetten van tickets is verplicht en bij de entree wordt gecontroleerd of de naam op het ticket overeenkomt met het ID-bewijs.

Ik heb een ticket gekocht, maar ik kan hem niet meer vinden
Mits je jouw tickets nog niet gepersonaliseerd hebt, kun je de tickets vinden via de bevestigingsmail van je aankoop. Zoek in je e-mail op de zoekwoorden ‘Weeztix, tickets Ra:dius Festival of Kingsday Maastricht’. Dan kun je vervolgens je ticket personaliseren en downloaden.

Ik heb tickets gekocht, maar deze zijn niet bijgevoegd bij de bevestigingsmail
Dat klopt, je tickets moeten eerst gepersonaliseerd worden. Je ontvangt een e-mail van Weeztix wanneer jouw tickets gepersonaliseerd kunnen worden. Vervolgens ontvang je jouw daadwerkelijke tickets in je e-mail.

Er zijn 5 ticket fases. Doe er je voordeel mee en koop je ticket op tijd. Zo bespaar je niet alleen geld voor je eigen portemonnee, maar ondersteun je ook ons als organisatie. Onderstaand de verschillende fases en ticketprijzen:

Met de auto
Helaas is er geen parking beschikbaar op het festivalterrein. Wél zijn er twee betaald parkeren opties op 2 minuten lopen van het festivalterrein.

Kiss & Ride
Er is een Kiss & Ride aan de Lage Frontweg 1 bij het Kunstfront. Hier kun je gemakkelijk iemand afzetten en ophalen. Het is NIET de bedoeling dat je hier gaat parkeren, aangezien er niet veel plek is.

Met de trein naar Maastricht
Vanaf Station Maastricht is het slechts 10 minuten met een OV-fiets of 30 minuten te voet naar het festivalterrein.
Ook rijden er veschillende bussen vanaf Station Maastricht naar een halte dichtbij het festivalterrein. ‘Bushalte Statensingel’ is de dichtsbijzijnde halte op 2 minuten lopen van het festivalterrein. Plan je reis met de meest actuele gegevens via www.9292.nl

Beste optie: Met de fiets
Pak vooral lekker de fiets! In samenwerking met Posifiets Maastricht stimuleren we het vervoer met de fiets. Dit is veilig, duurzaam en gezond. Er zijn voldoende fietsenstallingen aanwezig direct naast de ingang. Navigeer naar de ‘Gashouder Maastricht’, dan is hij niet te missen.

Can I leave the festival grounds temporarily?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Once you enter, you may only re-enter with a new ticket if you leave the festival grounds.

How can I pay at the festival?
We operate with a cashless system. This means you can pay everywhere on the festival site by card; there is no need to purchase tokens.

Can I bring my medication?
Would you like to bring medication? Please inform us by sending an email to support@radiusfestival.nl It is possible to leave medication or special dietary products at the first aid post.

Are lockers available?
Lockers are available for rent. You can order your locker in advance via the ticket shop or rent one on the day itself at the festival grounds. The lockers are located near the festival entrance.
Medium and Large lockers are available:
Medium lockers cost €9.50 (suitable for 2 winter coats)
Large lockers cost €12.50 (suitable for 3 to 4 winter coats)

Have you lost something or found something that is not yours? Please visit the information desk near the lockers. Found items will be collected and can only be picked up on Tuesday, April 28 at the festival entrance.

How do I personalize my tickets?
You will receive an email from Weeztix when your purchased tickets can be personalized. Personalization is mandatory, and at the entrance it will be checked whether the name on the ticket matches the ID provided.

I bought a ticket, but I can no longer find it
Provided you have not yet personalized your tickets, you can find them via your purchase confirmation email. Search your inbox using the keywords “Weeztix,” “tickets Ra:dius Festival,” or “Kingsday Maastricht.” You can then personalize and download your ticket.

What ticket types are available?
There are five ticket phases. Take advantage and purchase your ticket early. This not only saves you money but also supports us as an organization. Below are the different phases and ticket prices:

That is correct. Your tickets must first be personalized. You will receive an email from Weeztix when your tickets can be personalized. After completing this step, you will receive your actual tickets by email.

What is the location of Ra:dius Festival – Kingsday?
The festival takes place at the Radium Terrain in Maastricht. The entrance is located next to Gashouderplein (walk past the barrier towards the Gashouder/Stadsweide). Google Maps: Ra:dius Festival Entrance.

Best option: By bike
We strongly encourage you to come by bike. In collaboration with Posifiets Maastricht, we promote cycling as a safe, sustainable, and healthy mode of transport. There are sufficient bicycle parking facilities directly next to the entrance. Navigate to “Gashouder Maastricht” and you will not miss it.

By train to Maastricht
From Maastricht Station, it is only a 10-minute ride by OV-bike or a 30-minute walk to the festival grounds.
Several buses also run from Maastricht Station to a stop close to the festival grounds. “Statensingel” bus stop is the closest, just a 2-minute walk from the festival site. Plan your journey with the most up-to-date information via www.9292.nl.

Unfortunately, there is no parking available at the festival grounds. However, there are two paid parking options within a 2-minute walk of the festival site.

There is a Kiss & Ride at Lage Frontweg 1 near Kunstfront. Here you can easily drop someone off or pick someone up. Parking is NOT allowed here.
